This luxurious Golf Villa is available for $ 4,000 a week. We recommend you to book week 51 and 52 together, since we know from experience that only one week is too short!!! .

For 2007 week 51 starts on Saturday 22th December and ends on Saturday 29th December. |

For 2007 week 52 starts on Saturday 29th December and ends on Saturday 5th January. |

Please be aware that the Golf Villa Island at Divi is still under construction. The Golf Villa we are offering you has been delivered in June 2006. |

|
Timeshare tax and energy surcharges are not included in the price, which is in total approximately $10 a day, to be paid to the hotel when checking out. |

|
Cleaning is included in the price. Full cleaning services will take place twice a week. Every day towels are replaced and garbage is taken away. For daily full cleaning service an additional $ 75 a week is requested by the hotel. |

Breakfast is not included in the price. |

Cancellations are possible untill 8 weeks before start of the rental week. |

Any damage to the accomodation (or it's furniture or fittings) will be recovered from the renter. However, this will be limited to $ 1,000. |
